The Shamanic Approach to Therapy
Revealing the Nature and Beauty of Being through the Support of the Living

This approach can also be applied to groups, projects, organizations, and places. It addresses all areas of life.

Prerequisites

Advanced shamanic curriculum, professional therapeutic or coaching practice, and supervision.
(Contact us for practical details and the list of prerequisites.)

A Living Systemic Healing Method

This method helps heal the deeper terrain underlying both the client and their difficulties. It supports the person in reconnecting with their intention, their true nature, and their vitality, allowing greater physical integrity and coherence to emerge.

This is particularly important in the treatment of autoimmune conditions, which often reflect a loss of connection with one’s biological identity, extending even into the body’s functions themselves. The immune system reveals whether the essential links needed for health are being properly nourished.

ACT healing works progressively, from the physical body to the soul and the person’s connection with the world.

Professional Training in ACT

The one-year ACT training provides professional therapists with a comprehensive foundation in this healing approach. The Shamanic Approach to Therapy can then be integrated into existing professional practices in order to deepen and strengthen both therapeutic tools and results.

In Practice

Teaching alternates between theoretical foundations, shamanic practices, and practical healing applications throughout each training module. Between modules, participants are required to practice ACT sessions and submit reports along with their questions. Online follow-up workshops are also offered to deepen integration and practical experience.

The ACT Shamanic Approach to Therapy training program

The ACT Shamanic Approach to Therapy training program consists of 280 hours divided into 6 modules over 1 year, with practice supervision by zoom in between modules.

Professionals who do not deal with the emotional aspect of their practice can take only modules 1 and 2, without the rest of the ACT training.

Modules 1 et 2

Global and physical systems approach

Module 1

General methodology, systemic vision and work on the physical body

5 days and supervision

You will learn :

  • The basics of positioning to accompany ACT care: being an active witness to the healing process.
  • The shamanic systemic view: connecting with a level of consciousness that perceives all the elements involved in the situation and can provide the spirit-resource, the missing notion necessary for the whole.
  • The practice of energetic palpation, to identify blockages, put vital breathing back into motion and accompany the healing spirit in the body.
  • The integration of Allied resource fields to heal the terrain and the different areas involved in the customer's request.
  • Anchoring activities to enable the customer to appropriate the treatment and deepen its effects.

Thanks to this new positioning, you'll be able to draw on a broader vision with more resources for you and your customer.

Before, I was always doing things, carrying everything and staying in the mold… The ACT training was a path of initiation that brought me a great deal of security and relief, thanks to the connection I'd been missing.

I no longer feel obliged to be the one who carries everything, I can finally relax and let myself be guided by something greater than myself. My posture towards my patients is more accurate, and ACT has also given more consistency to my other practices.

Paul  Doctor
Module 2

The etheric body, support of vitality and physical integrity; shamanic extraction techniques

5 days and supervision

In this module you will practice :

  • Journey to the original etheric field, which links consciousness and soul in the different bodies; support for materialization.
  • Observation of the etheric in Nature: what strengthens it, healing resources.
  • Expanded shamanic vision to identify densifications and blocking patterns in the physical and etheric bodies.
  • Tissue and etheric body repair: travel and work with specific Allies.
  • Shamanic extractions, energetic operations: different modalities, necessary resources and precautions.
  • Care of energetic contours to contain the healing and encourage new behavior.
  • Evaluation of remedies and complementary therapies to anchor ACT treatments.

Strengthening the etheric field enables the integration of other processes and therapies. This is a great plus for accompanying other work methods with less effort.

Whenever I receive couples in difficulty in my practice, I strengthen their etheric field and the ambient tension is immediately relieved. I do this systematically now, and the sessions are much more relaxed. It really opens things up and brings out new ideas and initiatives in both myself and my patients.

Anna  Psychothérapeute

I nourish the etheric body of the group during my training sessions, and this allows students to integrate the new concepts proposed in depth. Less is done, we go straight to the heart of the matter, and awareness comes naturally.

Laurence  Teacher

Stroke recovery

I was called in to see a patient who had clearly lost her speech after a meal. I admit her to hospital and the assessment confirms a sylvian stroke. That same evening, I perform an ACT treatment. The Spirit of Healing that arrives via the Healing Referent is a substance that specifically repairs damaged nerve connections via the etheric body. Then I waited to see how things evolved. After 2 days, her husband noticed that she began to speak again in a very understandable way from one day to the next, even though she was still hospitalized and the carers were pessimistic. When I saw her again, I could see the rapid progress she had made. During a 2nd treatment, another substance came to nourish and reconnect… Thanks to the resources of Life.

ACT healing with constellation work : identifying and healing fundamental dynamics in a system

4 days and supervision

Use the symbolic representation of your client's problem to provide a better understanding of the processes involved and the resources provided by shamanic healing

We will cover :

  • The fundamental principles that govern living systems from the shamanic vision: intention, the link to the soul, the environment, heritage, the notions essential to life and to the realization of the client's intention.
  • Representation of important elements in the client's situation, reintegration of forgotten elements.
  • Disturbed momentum, blocking patterns; the dynamics at play.
  • Release of toxic bonds, family and cultural loyalties, contracts.
  • Practicing rituals of reparation and pacification; how to heal with the help of Nature.
  • Shamanic vision with ACT, to bring the missing resources into the situation and strengthen the whole system with etheric energy.
  • Various tools to support emotional upheavals.
  • The personal work of therapists to support the expression of their medicine and their professional positioning in relation to clients.

A month after our seminar, I'm still amazed at how powerful and effective the connection to the spirit of the company is…

Once placed in constellation, it clarified the position of leader that I'd been struggling to assume… I feel much better today. My plan to create another company also became clearer, and when I shared my vision with the team, everyone bought into it. It's clear to me today that there's an active intelligence behind our organizations. My company's vision was clear, but at the time I didn't know its full energy potential. Relying on it, on its spirit, enables us to multiply our energies tenfold.

Catherine Berthilliers  Fondatrice Shamengo

This technique brings clarity and systemic visibility to the company, those who work there and those who use its products, such as partners and customers.

It reveals us to others and teaches the different players in the company to get to know each other better. Bonds are strengthened and others broken. Everything becomes coherent and naturally takes its place. And then, what a gain in time, efficiency and pleasure !

Module 4

The emotional body, carrier of the soul's impulse, of relationships with others and of expression

5 days and supervision

Content :

  • Theory: the interactions between the emotional body and the physical body, the organs.
  • Shamanic journey towards the original emotional field, the soul's impulse and its creativity.
  • Identify flows and stagnations in the emotional field and its expression.
  • Encountering Allied resources in Nature to heal emotional dynamics, right down to the body, the limbic brain.
  • Practices for strengthening the emotional body.

I've seen how healing and nurturing the emotional body helps patients to regain their vitality and creativity. People find color in their bodies and in their lives.

Isabelle  Posturologist

When the emotional body is too inflamed, it can touch the other bodies and eat away at them like acid. Healing it's outlines stabilizes the whole and opens the door to new solutions.

Philippe  Hypnotherapist
Module 5

The mental body: structuring the soul's path; transforming existential and inherited patterns

5 days and supervision

Topics covered in this module:

  • Theory: the mental field provides the necessary structure and support for the soul's intention when it is invested and harmonized; its unconscious distortions divert the flow of consciousness and the realization of intention.
  • Identifying messages and patterns anchored in the mental body and their effects on the physical body.
  • Allied resources in Nature to heal structure.
  • Exploring the original mental field, the architect of consciousness.
  • Specific shamanic journeys: case studies, understanding the effects of mental structures on behavior and other bodies.
  • The shamanic method of transforming obsolete structures and inherited patterns. This also applies to working on situations.
  • The integration of new choices in the different bodies.
  • The role of filters on the chakras: repair and reinformation. The contours and shapes of the different bodies.

This aspect of ACT is fundamental: it's a causal approach that acts on the roots of disorders, enabling us to rediscover our soul at all levels of our being.

When a therapeutic method doesn't produce the expected results, it's interesting to go and look at the mental body level, because it's likely to find a pattern that resists there and the usual method then doesn't work, it reinforces the structure of the patient's failing identity. With ACT, thanks to the contribution of the missing flield- the Healing Spirit, the blocking patterns are revealed and the patient receives the necessary resource to let go of them. This layer of the mental body is rarely accessible and transformable with conventional methods.

Module 6

The spiritual body, vehicle of the Essence and Soul connection

5 days and supervision

Your program for this course:

  • General notions: the link between Essence and Soul, and effects on the physical body.
  • Shamanic journey into the world of Essences.
  • Dialogue with the Soul, its particular nature and desires. The impact of experiences and legacies on the spiritual body.
  • Nature's resources for nourishing the essential body and connection to the Soul. Causes of disconnection.
  • Energetic hemorrhages: repairing the aura and its lining.
  • Harmonizing the flow of the Essence through the different bodies and into physical functions to improve health: impact on immune defenses, creativity.
  • What the Soul needs to enable its expression.
  • Anchoring practices that strengthen Soul connection.

Congratulations ! By the end of this training, you'll be able to re-establish a fluid connection between the spiritual and physical dimensions, between body, soul and its expression.

Training session ACT 2025

Module 1 : 13-18 may 2025 région Montélimar, contact us for further information

During the healing I gave with ACT, as the layers were cleansed, much joy was able to penetrate and spread like a delicate renewal. The soul came right from the start, and was then able to expand and rejoice.

Jean-Marie Joblin  Psychothérapist

In my client F., the essential body was deformed and stretched backwards in connection with her father's field, as if she unconsciously wanted to heal the souls of the depressed men in her family…

Laurence  Psychocorporal therapist

I had the impression that the essential body was like a conductor who had anonymously coordinated all the work previously done on the other bodies.

Olivier Chambon  Transpersonal therapy

They share what ACT has brought to their professional practice

Working with ACT improves healing in surgery and reduces post-operative pain.
Virginie, Operating theatre nurse

ACT allows us to uncover targets or therapeutic problems that aren't necessarily identified by conventional psychotherapeutic work.
O. psychotherapist

The source of the blockage is easier to identify, and we get more information than with other methods. We go well beyond the information or intention given by the patient at the beginning of the session.
Isabelle, posturologist

It increases our vision of the direction of care. We draw on more resources and elements than in conventional medicine.
Paul, doctor

Less fatigue, more energy; by being able to rely on outside help, the treatment doesn't draw on personal energy.
E. energy specialist

Unexpected resources become visible, we feel an energy that responds to the patient's essential desire and takes shape, something obvious that was not previously conscious.
Jean Marc, psychotherapist

The tools we usually use are more effective, because they also work on other levels with ACT.
Laurence, psychologist

Testimonials

In the past, I used to meditate and turn to higher principles, but this remained external to me. Today, contact with allied spirits brings me into a living, dynamic relationship. Whereas a sense of separation used to keep me in a state of constant insecurity, I now find a sense of connection and calm. I can rely on this intelligence that gives me confidence to let go. It's what I've always been looking for! It's taken some time to establish, as I've had to deprogram real habit highways. My loved ones can see that I've changed, and my patients benefit too.

Anna  Doctor, Psychotherapist

The ACT Shamanic Approach to Therapy has changed all aspects of my life: personal, relational and professional. I see it as a method that gets us back in all our dimensions. I've always believed that therapists have a huge responsibility for who they are. I think it's essential to be as clear and evolved as possible to be able to pull our patients upwards. ACT is perfectly suited to my aim of getting my patients back on their feet and on their way!

Isabelle  Podiatrist and posturologist

Complementing other acquired practices, the impact of ACT Shamanic Approach to Therapy has been quite clear on my daily life. The strengthening of my link with the spirit world, the heightened awareness of my energy fields, my earth-sky connection, have nourished my connection to the sensitivity of my soul. The training also brought me this essential reminder that, as a practitioner of therapy, I must take care of myself, my energy, my bodies, my heart. And this reminder is necessary, because real, effective availability flows from this…

Jean-Marie  Transpersonal thérapist

In a shamanic and energetic dimension, the ACT Shamanic Approach has the particularity of being well codified, bordered by a protocol that is not confining, but serves as a guideline for accompaniment. There is a real working process established, not just an energetic action or shamanic acting: the body and space are secured and recharged before tackling work on the other strata of consciousness, and then returning to a reassociative integration in the body.

Moreover, as the ACT approach leaves the practitioner open to other techniques, it can only enrich his or her existing toolbox, know-how and interpersonal skills.

The ACT curriculum is therefore ideally suited to those trained in shamanic practices who wish to integrate a framework for structuring all their tools and complementing them in their own way, with a view to offering integrative, holistic care.

Jean-Marie Jobelin  Transpersonal Psychotherapist

… If you want to help heal nature, its inhabitants and the planet with love, clarity and joy, this course is for you!

Marthe M.  Psychotherapist, naturopath, energy specialist

I've developed my creativity a lot and I dare to express it more since I trained in ACT. Sometimes, after talking time, I do little bits of ACT treatment; there's always a spirit that comes in, with words and sensations. Patients are touched, some cry, and I ask the spirits to surround them. Even patients with no shamanic culture see elements of Nature… I follow my intuition and dare to use the drum much more... people say "the drum is strong", and often it's intense. I sing more and more during the sessions. What I inhabit, I can dare to offer to people, and they're very touched by it. I feel familiar with it all.

Martine  Psychologist

ACT provided a framework for what I intuitively sensed. Before, I'd always been a doer, I'd carried everything and stayed well within the mold. I almost gave up the training because I didn't know how I could integrate it into my work as a doctor. In the end, it was a path of initiation that brought me a great deal of security and relief, thanks to the connection I was missing. I feel I'm relaxing, I'm no longer obliged to be the pillar supporting everything, I can finally relax and let myself be guided by something greater than myself. I feel more in tune with my patients. ACT has also given more consistency and connection to my other practices…

Paul  Doctor

I went from being a Cartesian business leader to a man connected to the Whole and an actor on his life path. All my beliefs have been challenged. I have more accurate feelings and intuitions that are concretely embodied. I no longer feel stuck in dead ends. I know I can dissolve pain and problems with the help of allies. It's as if this connection gives me the means to live my life well. I've reclaimed parts of myself and my physical body that I didn't feel before. And I can see that my own transformation has transformed my family too. We're becoming more autonomous and we're empowering our patients too.

Philippe  Engineer, hypnotherapist

In the operating room, when the surgeon is tense during a difficult operation or the situation seems to be at a standstill, I sometimes turn my attention to the various bodies of the present symptom, calling on the resource spirits… The atmosphere relaxes and situations are unblocked.

Virginie  Operating room nurse
